It was our honor to be able to represent the DIVE-VRT program with some of our amazing team members.
Since 1998, the Family Café has brought Floridians with all types of disabilities together for three days of information, training, and networking each June — making it the largest statewide cross-disability event in the nation. With breakout sessions, a packed Exhibit Hall, and events like the Annual Summit on Disabilities, it offers families incredible access to resources, policymakers, and a community built on shared experience.
It was an inspiring opportunity to connect, learn, and bring back fresh ideas to better support the individuals and families we serve. Conferences like this remind us how powerful it is when programs, advocates, and families come together with a shared goal — building stronger paths forward for people with disabilities.
