At VRG Learning Institute, we pour everything we have into our community. To have that work recognized at one of Tampa’s most distinguished annual events is something we will never take for granted.
A Personal Note from Larry Tartaglino, Co-Founder & President — VRG Learning Institute
It was truly an honor to be nominated for both Employer of the Year and the Outstanding Community Service/Volunteer Award at the 37th Annual Mayor’s Award Ceremony. While I didn’t take home the win, the experience was absolutely amazing. I am incredibly grateful for the recognition and proud to have represented both VR Galaxy Lounge and VRG Learning Institute. It was humbling to stand alongside so many inspiring individuals who, like us, are dedicated to making a positive impact and driving innovation in our wonderful community.

What This Recognition Means to Us
Being nominated in two categories — Employer of the Year for VR Galaxy Lounge and Outstanding Community Service — reflects the dual commitment at the heart of everything VRG Learning Institute does. We work every day to be an employer that leads by example and a community partner that shows up with purpose. To be recognized alongside so many other Tampa Bay changemakers at an event specifically honoring accessibility and inclusion is especially meaningful given our mission of serving individuals with disabilities through immersive VR workforce training and education.
We are proud of the work we do, grateful for the community we serve, and more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward.
